Terms and conditions

At Dig Inclusion, we strive to do our best work for all our clients. We work to the following terms and conditions in order to maintain standards and keep our rates competitive. Please be aware that it is necessary to alter terms and conditions from time to time. All updates will be made available via our website at diginclusion.com/terms. The terms and conditions in place at time of order will be upheld, so please be sure to check the latest terms and conditions when ordering.

Cancellation, postponements and delays

If you have any need to cancel training or on-site consultancy, such as being unable to attend training, we operate the following cancellation policy:

  • 7 to 14 days notice prior to start date, there will be a 25% charge
  • 6 days or less, we reserve the right to take payment in full

Generally, the above cancellation policy applies to changes to training and consultancy dates. We do our best to accommodate necessary changes wherever possible. However, please be advised that cancelling at late notice may result in travel and accommodation expenses being charged to you. We ask our clients to let us know as soon as possible about any delays to your projects, but reserve the right to adjust schedules and deadlines. Dig Inclusion will do everything it can to avoid needing to cancel or postpone work, which may mean changing the person delivering the work. If this is necessary, as much notice as possible will be given.

Payment

We will send you an electronic invoice, which can arrive up to 48 hours after work is completed. The full balance is due 30 days after issue of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payments in accordance with late payment legislation, which consists of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate, as well as any debt recovery costs.
