At Dig Inclusion we take Covid 19 seriously.
- All our team work from home, and our security infrastructure is set up to support this.
- We’ve moved our onsite training courses to Zoom (live presentation) and onsite visits have been replaced by video conferencing with screen sharing so that we can maintain the levels of support that you are used to.
- We’ve built in extra contingency times to all our projects to allow for any staff sickness and slower connectivity.
- Our sickness policy allows any team member up to 20 days enhanced sickness pay. As an extra measure we’re providing additional financial support if needed.
