Grant Broome – speaker biography

Grant has been specialising in web accessibility for over a decade, consulting with a variety of organisations on how to make their online content accessible to people with disabilities. He has audited hundreds of websites and provided a variety of training courses to companies like Virgin and Legal & General, and to government teams across Europe. He has also spoken at events for the British Computer Society, Headstar and at the Bett Show.

His approach makes accessibility as simple and understandable as possible, and his passion for inclusion, draws people in to a subject that can seem complex from the start. His depth of knowledge of accessibility testing and policy making mean that Grant is the ideal speaker for a range of audiences.

The support and expertise that we received was outstanding. We’d worked with other agencies but knew that we wanted to work with Grant, who not only helped us to understand where we were but also worked with us to create a roadmap to providing an inclusive experience for more of our customers.

David Wilton, Head of Digital, Direct Protection Marketing, Legal & General

Impossible to overstate the importance of digital inclusion and accessibility. Thank you to Grant from Dig for great training today!
